With a background in marketing and communications, Beverley is now rolling her sleeves up to support the Trustees and Executive Team through operational and communications planning and delivery.
Jenny Jamison

Jenny Jamison

Creative Director, NCM
Jenny joined the team as Creative Director for the National Centre for Music in August 2024. With 15 years' experience in the music sector, including six as Chief Executive of Scottish Ensemble, Jenny has held a range of executive and trustee roles. She has supported the vision development for the Benedetti Foundation and New Opera in Scotland Events and held sector development roles as a board member of the Association of British Orchestras (including a period as Chair). Jenny is a Fellow for the International Society of Performing Arts and co-founder of The Bridge network for freelance ensembles.
Grant-MacKenzie

Grant MacKenzie

Executive director
Experienced Strategic Leader and Project Director with over 20 years of experience in delivering cultural projects. Grant’s specialism is in the client-side delivery of capital projects in the heritage, arts and tourism sectors. A former Board Member of the Queen's Hall, he also opened the David Livingstone Birthplace Museum, and the Kelpies and Helix project in Falkirk and has also worked for National Museums Scotland and the British Museum.

Kate Smith

Director of Development
Kate joined as Director of Development at the start of 2024 to lead fundraising for RHSPT. Kate has over 20 years experience raising funds for cultural, children’s and international development charities. She has led multi-million pound capital fundraising campaigns for the King’s Theatre in Edinburgh, and Seamab care and education. She was formerly Director of Fundraising and Communications for Children 1st, Scotland’s national children’s charity and Head of Fundraising for the Prince’s Trust in Scotland.
